When it comes to the practice of actually taking care of employees, Trinity falls way short. Pay is severely off base with the industry, and there are few perks other than the expected basics. Layoffs always seem to be just around the corner (and have happened several times), and people worry about it continuously. Communication is poor between departments, and people do not understand each others jobs and just complain about the other departments. Training is virtually non-existent, and when your more knowledgeable employees are either cut or leave for better pay, knowledge about the company and how to do the most basic things is lost.
