Great working environment where everyone on the team has a voice and is heard. You are challenged to come up with new ideas and ways to better safety performance in the field. Every employee is valued and this is also heard. The company is consistently figuring out new ways to advance.

The best reason that I can give to anyone for working at Trinity is the owner. Jason is very straight forward, and tells you how it is. When he sees that you honestly put everything into your position, and you do your job with integrity and conviction, then your efforts are rewarded. I can not speak for everyone, but i have a faith and trust in Jason, that i do not have in any other company that i work with. I would work for Jason again, in a heart beat.

Ok, so as with any company, yes there are sometimes, down sides. With Trinity, and speaking only for myself, I dont like the Mobilization, instead of Mileage set up. I believe that a set Mobilization payment, in 90% of the time, does not cover the true cost of travel to get to a job site. Again, that is only my opinion.
