Some difficulties in getting internal improvements. Apart from the entry salary, other positions salaries are not good at all, too much responsibility for the amount received. Different level of responsibility, same salary within the same level. Work-Life balance not good for higher level positions. Work burnout is common. Some promotions are not based on merit and not even knowledge.
