The pay is pretty good for a job that's not super high up, since I'm basically just a phone support specialist at the company. But the salary is enough to live comfortably as a recent grad in Shanghai. Work-life balance is on point these days, and everyone here is friendly because we're not competing against each other.

This job has no future because essentially you are just a telephone customer service as soon as you need to use your English ability to speak to foreigners, and you will not receive respect, you need to digest a lot of complaints and negative emotions every day, even if you work here for 10 years, you are still just a customer service, which will not help your future career.
