Can't speak for all managers as I don't know, but mine is very supportive and eager for my development understanding very quickly what my areas of interest are and gets me involved in related tasks a lot. The office environment is great with lots of lovely people from so many cultures, The office admin and culture team work very hard on making us feel welcome and comfortable. The office is very central and around lots of amenities. The team I am in are very dynamic and so we are changing continuously, within the last year in particular. This can be a con depending on the person, but for me a pro as I am gaining a lot of experience.
