Today marks my 7-year anniversary with Trip.com, and I couldn't be more grateful for the journey so far. These past years have been filled with growth, challenges, learning, and countless opportunities to work alongside some of the most talented and inspiring people. From day one, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to meaningful projects that not only helped the company grow but also helped me grow professionally and personally. Every experience—whether a success or a learning moment—has added value to my career and shaped me into who I am today. What I’ve come to appreciate most is the collaborative culture, the trust in each team member’s potential, and the support from mentors and colleagues who’ve made the workplace feel like a second home.
