There are 2-3 employees who have been working for 3-4 years who are seriously overpaid without any qualifications. You will always be compared with them. Petty politics is prevalent. 2. SALARY: Serious delays in salary, around 10-15 days. Employees follow-up for their own salaries as if its their responsibility. Salary cuts for any leaves taken since there is no leave policy.
