Management - a con itself Plays favourites - especially with wfh No regard for employee mental or physical health despite the letters pretending to care Management always stirring up drama If you are sick .... JUST DONT BE HR doesn't have a clue and are biased and inappropriate Managers just overlook this ^^^ Some department managers don't know what they are doing :) Also don't forget to leave your personality and happiness at the door TOXIC ENVIRONMENT - I left and am willing to work somewhere for even less pay (not that the pay was that great) just for the sake of my own mental health
