I've only been a part of the company for about 5 months now but everyone has been very helpful and willing to lend a hand since the beginning to make sure I succeed. Everything is a team effort so there is a lot of communication between everyone. You never feel out of the loop even though the company employees are spread out all over the country. I've never had any government experience, but with the help of the rest of the company it was very simple to pick up. Also, there is a lot of opportunities for career building. Management does a great job to ensure you're reaching your full potential by making sure you enjoy your position and that you're never left with nothing to do. This is my first job after college and my experience has been great, and not a lot of people experience that

Like with any job, it can be a little hard to pick up on some of the terminology at first but it's definitely something anyone can get the hang of after a couple of months
