Designers of all experience levels have the opportunity to participate in the shaping of projects and feel fulfilled by the work being done. TA has an obvious expertise for St Louis and the people who live there and channel that knowledge to well-designed community promoting projects.

TA is a quickly growing practice with more and more high profile projects coming their way, it will be difficult to develop and refine workflows/efficiencies alongside the fast-moving firm which can result in some headaches as growing pains being to show, but all in all this is a good problem to have.
