Many of past issues have been resolved and company is set for growth.

Great people, small company so you get to know everyone and majority of people are willing to help, most positions have opportunity for growth. Very nice campus. Good medical benefits. Good safety culture. Inclusive of cultures and backgrounds.

Unclear and inconsistent direction from leadership. Changes are kept secret. Zero flexibility for schedule. Clear distinction between the "workers" and "office" personnel who are often treated much better. Not competitive pay. Employees are expected to do 3-4 people's worth of work instead of right-sizing the workforce. Lowest paid employees are held to the strictest rules. Despite spouting a "one team" mentality, there is a lot of tribalism and scapegoating. Instead of coaching and continuous improvement, employees are written up.
