Cool company, mean people - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Troma

The "higher-ups" (all three of them) are complete jerks. They love to yell and scream and belittle. I've never worked for a company with such mean people before. There were times where one of them would be literally screaming at you for making a minor mistake. No benefits. Pay is unlivable wages. Like under $17k a year.
