Salary and comission for a sales position. Management is extremely laid back and easy to get allong with. People in all departments are very friendly. Realistic sales goals. Great comission program (up to an extra $600/week).

Svantaggi

Working outside all day in the sun. Door to dorr sales can be tough (not for people with fear of rejection).

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
