To put it very simply, TruSummit is filled with good people. Egos are checked at the door, and each member of the team brings with them a wealth of experience and perspectives that are helping to shape this growth-mode startup. The environment is supportive and collegial and everyone is invested in the company's success.

TruSummit is still very much a startup and with that comes a lot of growing pains on the operational side. Processes aren't perfected yet, priorities are shifting, and the company is figuring out the details as it goes.
