Truist's work culture is horrible from the outdated technology and applications to the no existence tech support for employees. Tech support is out-sourced to a foreign country and you can barely understand the representatives. Human Resources is a complete joke and not for the employee, they are for the employer even if the employer lacks integrity. They will use confidential medical information provided to them against you. BB&T legacy employees are hillbillies and complete idiots that are placed in leadership positions because they formulate cliques and alliances with each other. Financial Crimes Department: FUSE leadership was the absolute worst. They literally only give 1% raises and sabotage any chances of transferring into a different dept. Mgmt will set you up to get terminated if you are against their unethical agenda.
