The marketing team has no trust from senior management. The guy who runs the Anaheim team does not know what he is talking about. Talks down on his employees in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. It is their way or the high way. Employees are expected to work nine hours plus everyday. Communication was very difficult with the Korea team because only two of them spoke minimal English.
