Stagnant and negative work environment, really nasty office space(there are trashcans to catch water every here from the leaks in the roof. Bathrooms and water smell terrible all the time. Product is EXTREMELY out of date and extremely overpriced therefore the AE's have to try to bs their way through each quarter. Dev team is all outsourced out of the country and doesn't speak any english so any communication with the rest of the company is not possible. CEO is an extremely narcissistic character who loves to piggy back off his employees ideas while simultaneously putting them down. He massively micromanages his staff as well and everyone is constantly on their tiptoes. Can't say enough bad things about this place. Everyone who works here wishes they didn't. Not to mention Buena Park is a bit of an armpit. If you want a real tech job avoid this place at all costs.
