There are some really great people who I enjoyed working with and learning from each day. Self-care days are a nice perk (other than the mad rush to squeeze in meetings during those short weeks). Depending on your team, it could be a place you thrive, especially if you tend to go with the flow.

Svantaggi

CEO micromanagement, infighting amongst senior leaders, and failure to meaningfully address concerns. Your manager might gaslight you about issues rather than acknowledge them or attempt to rectify them. There's a lot of lip service paid to innovation but the company refuses to evolve in key areas, making the relentless focus on competitors and fire drills even less productive. This review, like the others that aren't glowing, will be dismissed internally.
