They promote from within so there's possibilities to go up from part-time teller all the way up to branch manager and higher if you choose.

Unfortunately high turn-over rate resulting in little coverage for managers to network and do marketing outside the branches and also very poor hands-on training. This company heavily relies on in-branch training which can be a good or bad thing depending on the manager that trains you. Patience is rare. Branch managers don't get paid nearly enough as they should for how much knowledge is required for them to know.
