When you leave the company need to continously follow with management for Salary slips / Final Settlement / Experiance letter. At times they dont reply to emails / sms / calls so employee needs to visit office to remind them. Terminating employees is very fast process here few employees were fired in days / weeks / a month and reason they give is under performing . How can performance be judged in a day. The Coffee Vending machine had cockroackes inside it when complained to management they just ignored it.
