Older building, severe issues, outdated environment New CFO has no experience and is already demonstrating poor judgement and decision making Finance is always in shambles, constant turn around and major cash flow issues CEO leads the pack with poor leadership and leads with do as I do not as I say which is where the unethical stream begins. no plan to get out the hole just striving month by month and if that doesn't work , get rid of people at the low level in order to save the bigger pay checks
