Friendly environment and work hours

Not enough training or support system for older controllers.

You are for the most part left alone in your cubicle where everyone pretends you do not exist. There is the potential to learn alot about the controls industry if you are willing to teach yourself and learn from your peers.

Poor management approach and poor treatment of employees. Many long time employees have moved on in favor of better work environments and better pay. Management offers little to no help but loves to beat you down afterwards when things go wrong. Little room to grow or advance.
