The president of Tubman, Bev Dusso, spends most of her time coming up with new ideas and covering up her old new ideas that the agency sunk time and money into and failed to pan out. Working there, be prepared to be your own manager, have NO respect or professional development available, and be in a negative environment where people do not like coming to work.
