Benefits, hours (if you need a lot in the summer), pay was okay, they do really quality work, great customer service, effective building style/speed, and learned a lot of good skills.

Not the most professional atmosphere, but you can't expect much in the construction industry. The equipment was often not working or took a long time to find in the shop. The sites were often difficult to build due to not being inspected beforehand. Warehouse had several timely mistakes in packing trucks. Safety was great already, but director would require unnecessary precautions that hindered construction.
