Thank you for bringing up some of the great benefits that Tuff Shed has to offer! Our ESOP was established to share in the profits of the Company. The purpose of the Plan is to reward our employees for long and loyal service to the Company and to provide incentive to increase productivity by providing employees an ownership interest in the company. The opportunities for growth is a reality partially because we are a national company and we are proud to be able to promote from within, benefiting from the in-house expertise as individual contributors who are making our business such a great success.

- Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
