That said, our Sales Design Consultants have the opportunity to earn a very competitive commission. For SDCs working with us for more than a year, the average pay is more than $50,000 annually. And the top 15% average more than $65,000 – with some topping $100,000. SDCs are the face of our company and we have high expectations. We want our customers to have an excellent experience.
