In addition, a Tuff Shed Total Compensation package including Cash Compensation of regular earnings, paid time off, holidays, and profit sharing. Our benefits is part of this package such as, Medical, Dental and 401(k). Let's not forget our ESOP, which grants ownership in company stock. This is why it's more than a job, it's actually a career!
