      Entry level and easy learn. You will learn many things and do different tasks. You don't need to bring tools. They provide training and tools for you to use. Same location and work indoor all year around. Potential bonus! Definitely nice to have it only if you reduce waste and get thing done on time.

      Svantaggi

      Time management, you need to finish your tasks before shop close. Team sometimes will forget to communicate about something. Hours not always guaranteed. Often will work 6-8 hours. In summer season, you will have most overtime. It depends on how much sheds they will build.

The bonus is something most other organizations do not offer in a production environment and we will train inexperienced team members. Time management and communication is important in this environment because it will have an effect on production goals.       - Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

      Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
