Refuse to offer staff pay raises beyond the minimum. (Max 3%, minimum is 0.5%) - They will find excuses to pay you less even with inflation in mind. When I did get my raise, they didn't event know what I do. Steal ideas and claim them as their own. No advancement No Training Benefits are not great Atmosphere is toxic They researched 4-day work week, but the offer to apply it is insulting.
