No pros No good experienced with the company

No appraisal,dirty politics,no incrementent, no work life balance, no job security,poor management Company Review- Company is not good for experienced candidate who want to grow in their career as they never appreciate the work ,no appraisal ,promotion and when you ask for it they replace you from the person which they fired indirectly few months ago... Even company management abuse when the person is going to leave after waiting long for appraisal time in company . They treat as a slave to their Indian employees as compare to their US employees with no benefits only salary on time as management said. I never recommend to any fresher/experienced not to go with such company who never valued the candidate who gives full dedication on work.
