Turas Group, while still being a small company genuinely cares about their people. I have been so thankful to work at a company that not only cares about me as a person and learning my strengths, but wants to equip me with the resources to do well in my role. Leadership has vision for not only where the business can go but the people it will impact. When you are focused on people your work becomes meaningful. Everyday begins with team grace, prayers, and celebration. This leaves my work days feeling life giving more days than not.
