The owners are great guys, the pay is good, 4 days on, 3 off is nice

to start off the supervisors are horrible, they do not care about you at all. I have had multiple moments in dire need of help where no one would help me. Moments where individuals would talk about trips/vacation while I was on hold with a customer. Training was more of a party, making it seem like you were going to be happy but instead getting out on the floor was a huge slap in the face. Never have been so unhappy in a position before such as this one.

The manager who runs the Returns department is rude, condescending, and speaks to you as if you were a child. If there is a difference between you, she will speak over you to get the last word. You are not allowed to help your fellow co-workers because they must always ask leadership. Leadership does not trust you to give them the right answer. And yes, this rule is repeated to us by management daily. You will also never get your hours. She likes to make her department look good by closing us down early so cost per unit is lower. She gets a bonus for this and we get screwed out of our hours.
