even being remote very team like, a lot of support 3 weeks of training when I started - anyone can join (don't have to be a super car enthusiast but it helps) fun environment 1:1 weekly meeting with designated sup to help answer any questions and coach as needed but with a relaxed environment weekly pay with bonus program the company is growing so there are opportunities to grow with it
