Turo's mission -- putting the world's 1 billion cars to use -- is impactful and bold, which is unique among SF startups. Senior leadership is experienced so the company isn't shifting course and changing priorities every few weeks, like some other companies of our size. In particular, the CEO Andre is incredibly thoughtful, cares deeply about the product and customers, and sets a strong example of leadership for the whole company. I've worked at three high-growth SF/Silicon Valley startups in the past 8 years and Turo is by far the best culture I've experienced.
