Despite the recent Covid challenges, the team has been very supportive and collaborative, and the executive team has been more transparent, down to earth and approachable than ever -> this makes me feel empowered and rewarded. Peer to peer car sharing is a pioneering, still new idea that requires a lot of iteration to get right from a customer experience and profitability standpoint. As a result, there are moments when tough changes need to be made, and the company needs to constantly reinvent itself. This can be quite stressful at times.
