The optimism shared by all should be bottled and sold. I love the services we provide and believe that it's making a difference in people's health as I see it daily.

As I said, the startup energy is palpable and at times, a bit stressful. Obviously, they want to get to a place of profitability quickly so employees are expected to get with the program. I have no problems with this as the company does a good job of providing you with the tools and training to be successful. But it can grind some people down if you're not a person who adapts immediately. They're supportive but the pressure can mount.
