      remote environment, transparency around policy changes, great colleagues, PTO easily approved, strong training provided

      mgmt not always available for clinical consultation needs however policy is it's required in crisis situations (putting you in a bind), very minimal opportunities for growing into leadership/promotion in general despite being told this through interview process, culture of positivity required - have to be VERY careful with how you provide critical or challenging feedback

      Pay structure change plus very slow client flow the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. New workflows and added responsibility: I see how it benefits the company and clients; However, clinicians are doing some work that 2 teams have previously managed. Is this in part to save costs? I don't know. But it certainly does not sit well. Emphasis on positive is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management).
