Responsive managers/direct report; Flexible scheduling

Pay structure change plus very slow client flow the past 6+ months have resulted in marked, significant financial impact. I can't see a sustainable future. New workflows and added responsibility: I see how it benefits the company and clients; However, clinicians are doing work that 2 teams have previously managed. Is this in part to save costs? I don't know. But it certainly does not sit well. Emphasis on positive is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management).
