Vantaggi

Impressive client list and lots of responsibility on junior members of staff. If you have talent and are headstrong you can learn a lot but dont expect good pay or bonusses.

Svantaggi

Junior (ie graduate-freshers) are expected to work across 4+ clients in parallel in many cases. Staffing is a real problem and management doesn't seem interested in hearing how inefficient and stressful it is to put people across so many projects at once. Scrutiny rarely goes on how / why we constantly under-sell projects. Many client account managers discourage honest time keeping in order to hide the wasteful use of time and materials and overburn. Ive noticed a lot of churn in my time here usually with the same story (over worked and burned out). A number of times people on my team have been sacked with no warning or communication from the management... just left to wonder where our colleague was and only told when we raised concerns for their welfare. No plan to backfil resignations or sacked folks. Tech resource management and zenior leadership are particularly toxic. Seems to be a pattern of leadership clapping themselves on the back for 'allowing' burned out staff to take unpaid leave for health grounds which i find really shameful. No clear efforts to learn about the efficiency issues causing the overwork and burnout. Whats frustrating is everyone seems to agree on the problems but nothing gets done.

Vantaggi

*Generous amount of PTO and holidays *Impressive client logos for resume

Svantaggi

I was let go after less than 7 months with the company. I had been consistently encouraged about growth and opportunity by leadership, was actively managing several client accounts, and had both a company-wide presentation and a client-facing workshop underway when my employment abruptly ended. The termination came as a shock not just to me, but to colleagues across the office, including those in my immediate team. I was not the first person to be let go from Two Circles in 2026, and based on current business trajectories, I doubt I'll be the last. Senior leadership gives word-salad speeches in company all-hands meetings about how the company is currently missing the mark but how great it will be in the future. If you’re not on the content team, consider your job in jeopardy at all times. Workload concerns appear to carry little weight in decision-making. Rather than addressing burnout or resourcing issues, the company's approach seems to be redistributing the work of departed employees onto overworked junior staff just to save a buck.
