The ever changing direction of the company is head spinning. Earlier this year we lost the only approachable Executive, now the leadership lacks connection with staff, continuity of messaging and approachability. Somedays it's completely painful to come into the office knowing that the leadership is "pulpit" style where someone gets up and preaches to you, never actually listening to what staff is saying.
