I get to work with people I can genuinely call my friends. My peers have a strong team mentality and we really care about each other. I love our office and location, as well as our mission to protect online communities and individuals from harassment, sexual abuse, and child exploitation. Our CEO has a big heart and vision, even if it isn't always focused.

There are limitations of our current product and leadership undermines others at times. There are fundamental disagreements within the organization about what we should be focusing on.
