Good Experience so far - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Two Nil

I joined the company a few months ago and just referred a former co-worker of mine for a job and they told me they looked at Glassdoor and there were some negative reviews on here so I just took a look. To be honest, I don't understand where the negativity is coming from. My experience has been really positive so far. I came from another agency and it is so much better over here. We have an amazing set of clients and the work is way more interesting here. The company is growing rapidly and a lot of new faces. There is a lot of change going on -- new people, new execs, new systems being put in that I am being trained on too but I see all that as positives. What I've read on other reviews about problems with new execs, the management team and culture issues... I just haven't seen it. All in all, this has been a really good experience for me so far.
