Being a small agency, I have been given opportunities at TwoBlue that I wouldn't have in a large agency. I am gaining a wealth of experience in virtually every remit of digital marketing (e.g. social media management, copywriting, advertising, web design, graphic design, video and photo editing, SEO, analytics, proposals and pitches, client meetings). The team are friendly but also honest and direct, which is really helpful when beginning in a new role.
