Type One Energy is a new company whose mission is to commercialize fusion power and deliver electricity to the grid. The benefits package for the company may be changing soon as they are always working to improve, but at this time sick leave is taken out of PTO and PTO doesn't increase annually, it remains the same until after 10 years of service.
