The higher ups did not seem to care what condition the store was in or what negative things happened in the store. Sales change sometimes twice a day, you dont find out when sales change until that morning based on an email, which can cause a lot of disorganization because nothing was done the evening prior to set anything up properly. A lot of sales differ from online too, so customers get upset at employees for not offering the same sales online as in store. It felt like this company valued a cheap quick buck over the employees well being.
