Culture Is Second to None - It's genuinely fun to be at work Rewarding Work - This isn't in house marketing and creating endless open house flyers, this is creative, strategic and working with a wide variety of business owners who trust Tytanium to grow their businesses. Incredible Peers - Seriously they are all great people to work with and there isn't anyone to tiptoe around Transparent - 3 reviews your first year with lots of feedback so you know where you stand and what your trajectory path is within the company Celebrations - Birthdays, Christmas, BBQs, Team Building, Happy Hours, there are lots of reasons to celebrate and this team will! Holidays/PTO - Generous Holiday Calendar (11, maybe 12?) plus two weeks PTO your first year. You are encouraged to use your time.

It's a smaller company and with that comes your standard smaller business cons. Health care is offered but it isn't State Government quality/prices. You can't accumulate months worth of PTO (you are encouraged to use it).
