Money is good. Benefits are good.

Upper management sucks. They are always asking you to do things that you wouldn't do to your grandmother, like rip people off. Store Managers vary, and some will protect you and your morals, but others won't. Of course those are the managers that upper management likes, even if their store doesn't get good numbers because they just do what they are told.

-easy job as vendor is supportive..but boss wantvus to depandent to vendor as well hence make urself didnt learn anything -benefit is very good here..increment and bonus also not bad

-not work life balance..many night calls and work..may affect health especially high blood pressure -enviroment is toxic -boss not supportive..anything is by ur own
