      Company provides the leads. The support they provide the sales advisors is amazing. My manager is always there and ready to help. USW has an awesome reputation around Chicagoland. Truly, the best sales job I have ever had. I have been with the company 10 years. There is a lot of longevity in all departments. Ownership really cares about the employees and it shows!

      Not much negative to say. When it rains a lot we have to work harder but what do we expect., We work In the waterproofing business.

      Keep it real culture! Great co-workers. Genuine culture where you are valued. Beautiful office facility. Management listens to employee concerns. Good benefits including time off. Team work, people generally work well as a team! The company is growing a lot and in a positive direction.

      Management of time gave freedom to the job.

      Poor leads, vastly overpriced product, constantly shadowed by management, 4 dollar fuel reimbursement per appointment no matter distant traveled, questionable ethics, and hard close sell. No final paycheck.
