      It was a good experience. Everyone had relatively high salaries for the type of work they seemed to be doing.

      Low morale and a quiet work environment without much collaboration made getting through the day a chore. People didnt seem to move very fluidly from position to position like the rest of the industry.

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
