You meet a lot of different people and get insight (depends on your role and job) into many different kind of business fields. The wage was under the regular market price. I guess you get better paid in many other companies. But maybe it was just this job-position that had such a bad wage. Anyway, the management lacks commitment and you rarely get any help or support from them. Furthermore you don't get much time for any education since the work-load is quite high.
